All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Payment must be made when the order is placed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Our products are prepared and packed after an order is received.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, with free standard delivery on orders of £30 or more.

Our estimated standard delivery time is 5–10 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of unwanted food products once they have been dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@scrummyyummy.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before your order has been prepared or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact us at hello@scrummyyummy.com as soon as possible.

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue. We will investigate the problem and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
