Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Scrummy Yummy treats.

As our products are food items and may be prepared specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable food items once they have been dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@scrummyyummy.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before your order has been prepared or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe there is a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@scrummyyummy.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of UK consumer law, your legal rights remain unaffected.
