We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing and dispatch

All Scrummy Yummy orders are prepared and packed with care after they are placed.

During particularly busy periods, larger orders or seasonal events, preparation may take a little longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.

Standard UK delivery

Standard delivery costs £3.99.

Orders of £30 or more qualify for FREE standard delivery.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be passed to the delivery service for delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Delays

Although we will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@scrummyyummy.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@scrummyyummy.com. Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

International delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery. We only accept orders for delivery within the UK.
